Our Philosophy

The Mind Shift philosophy is rooted in two core beliefs:

  1. That all human relationships are the force multiplier catalyst for growth, determining the quality of life fullfillment and the legacy we leave behind.

  2. The core emotional and relational intelligence skills, foundational to all meaningful relationships, which are present in influencial business leaders are identical to those found in healthy relationships at home.

These skills are: 

  • Emotional safety:  Nurturing a zero tolerance culture of assumptions or blame

  • Problem solving: Through curiosity, validation, non-judgemental acceptance and narrative

  • Trust building: With reliability, honesty, and vulnerable authenticity

  • Growth:  Goal setting (thinking/planning), and goal execution (doing) guided through intentional outcomes.

  • Understanding: Needs shared clearly and compassionately with intention, (and where relevant agreed upon).

  • Individuality: Deep exploration and understanding of unique positive strengths
