Ari Jason - the founder of Mind Shift and the architect behind its coaching practice built Mind Shift because he noticed the coaching industry was not reaching its potential and wanted to ensure every business owner and leader has access to the success pillars he wished he'd had available - blending strong coaching with proven business frameworks, tools and accountability, coached by professionals coaches with proven leadership accomplishments and transformative life experiences.
Ari is a British-born business executive who has led and scaled $150M business, held VP roles at multinationals, and turned a failing NGO into a thriving organisation and built a digital mental fitness startup.
The Business Operating Suite™ didn't come from a textbook. It came from 20+ years leading global teams and organizations., navigating growth, and experiencing firsthand what separates businesses that break through from those that break down.
But the work he does today wasn't only shaped by business accomplishments.
